Well, after 30 years as Managing Director, this year sees me pass on the baton to Mark. Congratulations, ‘M.D. Mark’!

As many of you know, Mark joined us 20 years ago for a temporary summer job in the warehouse. He loved the industry so much that he never left!

He works with an amazing team. Dale, Gary, Bev, Ellie and the rest of the Bliss team all have a wealth of experience and knowledge.

The company will be in incredibly safe hands and I’ll continue in my new role of Chairman. We’re looking forward to seeing the company continue to grow and welcome new customers to our wonderful world of tanning.

From my first days establishing Bliss, when I was selling lotions from the boot of my car, I have been fortunate to meet some amazing people. With the support of our suppliers and customers, many of whom have been with us from the very start, we have grown to become the largest distributor of tanning lotions in the U.K. More importantly though, we pride ourselves on being a professional ‘family team’ who you can trust and rely upon. Something I am very proud of.

Our catalogue continues to be a key tool in showcasing the best in the industry, from lotions, to all your tanning needs and we hope that you’ll enjoy browsing through this issue and perhaps introducing a new product or range to your customers.

The addition of our simple to use website and app means that you can also order online 24 hours a day. I know that many of you are going online to order, especially during the busy season. As always the Bliss Team want to say a huge thank you for your continued support and business.

FIRST TIME ORDERS

We care about the personal touch, so when you call us you will get straight through to one of our fully trained team. We will take a few moments to set you up as a customer, so that when you place orders in the future they will be despatched quickly and efficiently. We will give you a customer number and if you could have this, together with the item codes and product descriptions, it would be a great help. We will of course mail future catalogues and sample packs directly to you throughout the year.

On your first three orders we will require payment prior to despatch of goods. We recommend paying by credit card, debit card or BACS, which ensures your order is processed immediately.

HOW TO PAY

These lotions are specifically designed and formulated for indoor use and add depleted moisture and vitamins that can be lost during the tanning process. In addition to these moisturising properties, lotions also contain different features which aid the tanning process in other ways. Throughout the catalogue you will see our symbol guide to help you identify these key characteristics; you can use it when ordering lotions, or alternatively you can ask a member of the Bliss team as we are fully trained on all the lines we carry.

T-MAX CONTROL SYSTEMS

T-MAX 3W/GT TIMER

The T-Max 3W/G2 can be used as an independent timer, or as a front desk controller to control another T-Max timer in the tanning room for remote single bed control. The T-Max 3W/G2 at the front desk will control the T-Max timer in the room, whether it’s another T-Max 3W/ G2 or a T-Max certified timer in the tanning bed. The T-Max 3W/G2 is designed to fit into a plastic double wide light switch box. An optional slick looking enclosure is available to wall hang the T-Max 3W/G2.

T-MAX MANAGER G2

The T-Max Manager G2 is a front desk control unit for the T-Max timers. It can be connected to up to 60 Max 3W/G2s to control up to 60 tanning units in a single salon. The display consists of 10 two-digit LED displays along the top of the T-Max Manager G2 with a Start/Stop and Set button below each display for manual control. A row of 6 LEDs indicates which bank of ten beds are being displayed. The T-Max Manager G2 can be used manually or controlled with a PC using today’s most popular tanning software.
