All this overhead and risk of outcomes is only worth it if infiltration of the organization would be disastrous. Given our plan included variations where we threatened mass financial loss to some of the most powerful institutions of the United States, we were confident that any significant incursion would be devastating to our goals. So the cell organization model and the loss of control would be worth it, however long it took to set up. It would be nice if time was on our side, but longevity aside, time was in short supply after the starter shot was fired.

Viral growth is scary when a germ is attacking you, but from the germ’ s perspective that growth is ideal. For this plan to succeed we need to move so fast and so big that any counteractions would be insignificant and belated. We needed to seed our plan with enough starting points and grow fast enough that the world could not counteract it. We would be an overwhelming virus that drove to one goal: ‘Succession’ . The successful cession of land for our people so we could live without a daily fear of starvation, illness, infirmity, death, or termination.

One of the goals of the exodus is to take some significant percentage of patients along with the vampires leaving California. We do not need to bring all the patients (ten per vampire) but bringing two or three would be great. This is both to protect the patients from the hemodialysis reduction ramifications and to make it clear we are doing our best to avoid harm to others. If this ever hits the press, our counter might be "We are providing dialysis for free to thousands of patients, what are the clinics charging?"
