WELCOME Welcome to our web shop, we are glad to have you on board. Now we would like to show you all the fantastic features a web login grants you access to.

We will take it step-by-step.
Log into our web shop with your username and password. When logged in, you can see some new icons appearing; they can vary a little depending on your user access. If you have full access, you can see an icon for contacting us, for the customer center, the MediaBank, and the shopping cart.

[Product information] When you visit a product page, you will now be able to see real-time stock information, your agreed price, and your warranty agreement. You can choose to add the wanted quantity to the basket or you can use the features add to favorites or add to compare.

Create your own lists with your favorite products, so ,they are easy to locate. E.g. if you have several stores/projects/customers, you can make a list for each with the products that are relevant for them.
We offer an extensive product range, and to make it easy for you to choose the correct product for the purpose you need, we have added a comparison feature. Simply press the weight scale icon on the products you are interested in. At the bottom of the page, a bar will appear where you can click to compare. The products will then be lined up and you can compare price and all technical data to make an informed decision.
Downloads
See and download all technical data, drawings, spare part lists, user manuals, energy labels etc. Each product has its own download section, where you find everything you wish to know about the cabinet.
Spare Parts Here you will find a list with relevant spare parts for the chosen product, and you can add them to your shopping basket with just one click.
Offer function
We have made it easy for you to create an offer for your customers using our web shop. When you click add to offer, it will unlock functions, where you can enter the customer’s price, add your own logo, and even add products from other brands before saving the offer as a PDF you can give to your customer. If you wish to get a detailed step-by-step guide for the offer function, please contact your personal sales team.

[Checkout - Cart] When you click the shopping cart, you will get an overview of your order. You can proceed to place an order or you can create an offer.

[Checkout - Address] Drop-shipment: you can choose to have the order delivered at your warehouse or directly to your customer.

[Checkout - Shipping] In terms of shipping, you have several options to choose from. • You can see calculated loading meters for your delivery • You can send a truck for pick up or we can arrange shipment • You can choose if delivery with backlift on the truck is necessary • You can see freight costs (delivery fee) • You can select dispatch date and see estimated time of delivery • You can type in a reference no. for yourself • You can type in an order remark for us to see

[Checkout - Order] To finalize your order, simply select your prefered payment method, review the information provided and place your order.

[Customer center] We promised you a number of useful features, and you’ll find them in the customer centre. Here you can view an overview of your previous orders and invoices. You can also view the various favourites lists you’ve created. In addition, you’ll find the quotation tool and the freight calculator here. You’ll also find links to the data feeds here. You can download these to feature TEFCOLD products on your own website.

WELCOME It has never been easier to promote TEFCOLD products on your own website or online shop. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll have access to a brand-new feature in the customer centre: a unique link for a live data feed. We’ll take you through it step by step.
[With a data feed, your online shop will display the following] • Current product information • Technical specifications • Images • Stock information
You can choose from our entire range of products and integrate only those that are relevant to your online shop. Customise the feed to match the design of your online shop and start selling TEFCOLD products straight away, with no hassle.

[How it works] Log in to our online shop and go to the customer portal. Go to “DATA INTEGRATION” in your customer portal. Click on the turquoise button for the data feed you wish to use. You will be given a unique URL which you can copy and integrate into your own online shop. If you enter your own URL into a browser, you will see the code. Here you will see all the products, along with text descriptions, technical information, images, stock information, your purchase price, your warranty agreement and information on whether the product is new or second-hand, etc. Ask your website or online shop specialist to set up the integration with the data feed once, convert your purchase prices to catalogue prices, and you’ll be ready to sell every day in the future.
