Embellishment options

A process whereby an embroidery machine is used to sew threads in a variety of patterns on fabric assembling an image. At Fashion Clubwear we provide multiple colours and design options
This is a method in which the ink is applied directly to the fabric via screens. For each colour to be printed a separate screen is prepared and this produces a unique visual work. Our printing artisans are highly experienced in this field of work
Ornamental needlework is performed by an embroidery machine in which a piece of fabric is sewn on to a larger piece to form a picture or pattern. This adds another dimension to the garment especially if contrasting colours and used.
A process by which special ink is printed onto paper. The printed paper and ink are then pressed into the fabric by heat and pressure. Custom colours and designs can be used with this method.
A method of producing full colour designs which are too complex to be screen printed. The image is printed onto white transfer paper and then a heat process is implemented. This process is for application onto garments, caps or bags.
A specialty vinyl material that is used to decorate or personalize garments, and other fabric items. HVT contains a heat-activated adhesive backing, which allows the vinal to transfer permanently to your garment.

Ordering made easy!

Less paperwork / administration required NO CHARGE!
Your 9 Step Online Ordering Plan
1. Select the dates you would like your online shop to ‘open’ and ‘close’.
2. Fashion Clubwear will then create a custom shop specifically for your school.
3. A digital flyer will be created and sent to the school to promote your online shop.
4. A garment size range will be delivered to your school so that students can try them on before ordering.
5. The school can be CC’d in on each order if desired but the coordinator will have access to view the progress of orders in real time.
6. Order summaries will also be sent to your school prior to your online shop closing to assist knowing if there are any students who are yet to order.
7. Once your shop closes, your order is collated and goes into Production.
8. Upon garment completion each order is packed individually with a copy of it’s order confirmation form and sent to the school.
9. Students wear their custom made garments with pride.
There is an opportunity to order via purchase order if online ordering is not viable.
