Leadership Programme
Alongside your courses, you will also get to choose one of our five leadership programmes which prepares you to be a future leader in a particular specialism. At Thomas Paine Sixth Form, we aspire that our students will be the next generation of leaders who inspire others in whichever profession or pathway they choose for their future.
The leadership pathways on offer include:

As part of the leadership scheme, all students will have the opportunity to complete the relevant accredited leadership qualifications such as Gold Arts Award and Young Enterprise, which give our students the edge when they write their CVs and university applications.
You will be supported on your programme by a specialist tutor who will help you build a programme that includes work experience, leadership qualifications, extra-curricular activities and networking opportunities.
