Extra-Curricular Activities

Alongside our curriculum, our extra-curricular activities and careers programme gives you a wide range of opportunities to support your ambitions and interests.

Sir Isaac Newton East has given invaluable opportunities to its students, even in a short amount of time since opening.

Students have been offered to take part in the National Citizen Service (NCS) which looked at topics such as individual resilience, independence skills such as budgeting and meal planning, and planning for careers and jobs after sixth form and university.

We also offer students access to the Network for East Anglian Collaborative Outreach (neaco), with talks and workshops throughout the year targeted at giving young people the ability to make informed decisions about their future, whether that be at University, through an apprenticeship or heading straight into a career.

We ensure that students leave Sir Isaac Newton East with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their future.
