The minimum age for admittance to the Botanic Health Spa is 18, however children may use the facilities before 9am with supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are expecting, please let us know your due date when booking: not all treatments are suitable during pregnancy. Before your treatment you will be asked to fill out a health assessment form. During your treatment, please also let us know of any wishes, preferences or discomfort to help us achieve the best possible results for you. Please let us know of any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking. We wish to ensure that all treatments are suitable for your needs and health.
