Lubricate garage door tracks/ rollers and tighten bolts as needed.

Replace return air filters.

Clean and test smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.

Make certain outdoor HVAC compressor is clear of debris.

Check HVAC condensate pan in attic and confirm condensate line is not clogged.

Pour water down drains of infrequently used sinks and showers. As drain water evaporates, sewer odors can seep into the house.
