Our top notch company-wide training is a comprehensive course led by our director of education and training, Lici Fansler. We have ongoing training such as, new sales associate roundtables which we hold weekly and our ongoing coaching sessions. All our new sales associates go through a Ninja Selling installation, which is a 4 day training course.

I grew up in a sports family and with a father who was a professional athlete in Baseball and Basketball and a husband who played and coached at a Collegiate/ Division 1 level. Being an athlete myself and being surrounded by athletes and coaches has been a great foundation for encouraging, guiding, teaching others to achieve their own personal greatness. This has become my coaching philosophy. John Wooden is one of my inspiring coaches and I live by his definition of success: The peace of mind in knowing you did your best to become the best in which you are capable.

We have our very own garden that we work together to improve and enhance by raising funds through Parties for the Park. “There is something special about working in the garden and getting dirty together.” We have a community service committee that is actively involved in giving back. Some of their services include: Back Pack Buddies, annual Food Drive, Habitat of Humanity and help building a Habitat for Humanity house.
