Session 1 Dr. Jennifer Williams Dr. Jennifer S. Williams is an educational leader who currently serves as the principal of Hughes STEM High School. She leads her team with a passion for social justice that affords all students with equity and access to educational opportunities. Jennifer is a Cincinnati, Ohio native and a graduate of Walnut Hills High School. In her own educational pursuits, Jennifer received her undergraduate degree at Kentucky State University, Frankfort, Kentucky, a B.S. (Science Education), at Xavier University, an M.Ed. in Education Leadership and an Ed.D., Urban Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Williams was engaged in community activities and volunteerism throughout her childhood in the Avondale Community, through Greater New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, and in-service learning programs in Cincinnati Public Schools. She approaches everything she teaches or leads with intellectual, social emotional, and physical wellness of students. Jennifer’s experience as an educator/leader spans from Kindergarten through College. She has served as a teacher of sciences in K-12 districts. She loves the joy and challenges of teaching students as a way to build knowledge for future solutions and a pipeline of professionals that will lead. While her professional life and community duties are an undeniable passion for Jennifer, her “Why” lives in her family. She is married to LuVell V. Williams and they share five beautiful children together: JaVell, Charles, Kennedy, Madison, and Chaseton. When asked how she feels about her family, Jennifer says, “The best that I am comes from them.” 4

Session 2 Dr. Christine Gibson Dr. Christine Gibson is an educator, innovative thinker, education coach, and children’s book author. She has a passion for instructing children and improving the education process through developing specialized curricula and individualized instruction. Her early childhood career has included working as a Head Start teacher and lead teacher in a childcare program. She holds degrees in early childhood education and liberal studies, as well as a master’s in multicultural special education. She obtained her doctorate in Education in 2020. Dr. Gibson is the founder and CEO of Continuous Growth Educational Services, LLC. She has partnered with Dream Builders University as Executive Director of Curriculum and Instruction, where she has created professional development plans, curriculums, and teacher’s guides. Dr. Gibson believes if children knew the greatness that they possess, as well as their own unique talents, they would be unstoppable on their journey to being great. Dr. Gibson resides in Cincinnati.

Session 3 Dr. Belinda Tubbs-Wallace Dr. Belinda Tubbs-Wallace was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a graduate of Aiken High School. Dr. Wallace received her undergraduate degree at Central State University where she studied Sociology and Anthropology. Dr. Tubbs-Wallace went on to earn her school guidance counselor license from the University of Dayton as well as two masters’ degrees. Dr. Wallace received a doctorate degree in 2021 from Xavier University. Dr. Tubbs-Wallace was a high school teacher for over 13 years, while also coaching volleyball and softball. She served as principal of Rockdale Academy and at Woodward Career Technical High School. Dr. Tubbs-Wallace is president and founder of Sisters’ Youth Organization. She is the founder and CEO of (HS&C) Home Community and Schools, where bridges are formed to connect families in the community to needed resources, and work with students’ families to remain in school. She has had the opportunity to touch many lives within Cincinnati Public schools and has received many distinguished honors. As an active church member at the Word of Deliverance Ministries for the World. She is a very considerate person and keeps what she calls the “WE” factor in mind. Dr. Tubbs-Wallace is known for her servant leadership and has received numerous awards and recognition for her service to the city of Cincinnati. Dr. Tubbs-Wallace has been married to Mr. Robert “Bo” Wallace for 32 years. They have 2 children, Robert Wallace IV and Noah Wallace.
