JAN-MICHELE LEMON KEARNEY

Jan-Michele Lemon Kearney was born in Cincinnati and is a proud graduate of Cincinnati Public Schools, graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire, earned a master’s degree in counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard University Graduate School of Education and a law degree from Harvard Law School.
Over the years, Mrs. Kearney has served the city through involvement in the NAACP, YWCA, Walnut Hills High School Alumni Foundation, Greater Cincinnati Association of Black Journalists, Women’s City Club, Center for Independent Living Options, and other community organizations.
Mrs. Kearney is an entrepreneur who owns a multi-media publishing company, Sesh Communications, that includes ownership of the award-winning Cincinnati Herald newspape She is married to former Ohio State Senator Eric H. Kearney, and they are blessed with two children, Celeste, and Asher. Jan-Michele is honored to serve the residents of the city she loves as a Councilmember.

Keith Borders works closely with the bank’s industry peers, nonprofit partners and other key stakeholders in the respective markets Union & Guardian Savings Bank serves with a primary focus on:
▪ Economic/community development programs that promote and enhance home ownership lending opportunities for low-and moderate-income families and communities;
▪ Financial education, job training, readiness, and retention initiatives;
▪ Neighborhood/community revitalization, business development and affordable housing advocacy and development;
Mr. Borders obtained his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma. He is licensed in the State of Wisconsin and registered as in-house counsel in the State of Ohio. Keith and Patrice, his wife, have two daughters, Candace and Camille.
Lem Davis
Vice President, Community Lending Union Savings Bank in Cincinnati, OH
Mr. Davis has been in the banking/finance business 30 years, with over 25 years of mortgage lending experience. He holds a B.A. in communications from Northern Kentucky University and has been an active member of Cincinnati Realtist Association for a number of years. Over his 24 year career at USB he has originated and closed over $250 million in mortgage loans. He has worked with housing advocate organizations like WIN Working in Neighborhoods) and HOC (Home Ownership Center) to help promote and advance the cause for home ownership in underserved and underrepresented communities of Cincinnati.
