Our parking control officers (PCOs) and Transit Fare Inspectors (TFIs) were being subjected to unwarranted harassment after parking fines were raised. This was an advocacy campaign alerting the public to the other vital jobs performed by these civil servants--and a forewarning that the agency would not tolerate violence directed at them for performing their appointed duties.
