The number of sold listings increased 66.7% year over year and decreased 37.5% month over month. The number of under contract listings was down 71.4% compared to previous month and down 71.4% compared to previous year. The Months of Inventory based on Closed Sales was 2.6, down 13.3% from the previous year. The Average Sold Price per Square Footage was down 5.9% compared to previous month and up 13.9% compared to last year. The Median Sold Price decreased by 15.7% from last month.
