When you contact us with a qualified lead for home building or renovating, the commission will be 3%, calculated on the base home price: excluding design, outdoor living, and change orders. Fee Schedule: 3% paid at construction start. Registration: Complete Standard Form 730.

You must be a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of North Carolina. You must accompany the buyer in person to the builder’s office on the first visit or via video conferencing. Proper introductions, design preferences, lifestyle requirements, relocation, budget and lender qualifying parameters, and other pertinent information relative to the buyer’s situation are to be disclosed to T&G.
