Ministry Partners AFRICAN CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES. The mission’s primary focus is to reach the unreached, the unpreached, the untaught, and the unchurched villages among the Xhosa tribe. There are tens of thousands of villages that are yet to be reached. Click to learn more
They haven’t even had the opportunity to say “no” to Jesus, because no one has made their way to these villages with the Good News. The following ministries are headquartered at the compound in the Transkei area of South Africa:
Transkei Victory Christian Ministries (the largest) is an evangelistic ministry to untouched peoples in the rural Transkei. They have started 1,500 Xhosa churches and baptized over 40,000 villagers. African New Life Ministries – Reaching poor miners and factory workers in the “townships” (shack towns) in large cities. Gatyana Bible College – a 2-3 year full-time Bible college preparing Xhosa people for ministry.

CHRIST’S HOPE INTERNATIONAL (CHI) As part of its mission, Christ’s Hope International cares for AIDS-affected children with Ministry Care Points in Africa. Through child sponsorship, Christ Community supports over 125 children in the Care Point centers in Kenya and Uganda where they receive the educational, physical, spiritual, and emotional support they need to ensure growth.

DOWNTOWN MINISTRIES | PASTOR DENNA JONES Downtown Ministries helps homeless mothers and children in crisis in the Sacramento area. Their focus is with families living at low-income motels, providing food, clothing, and other necessities. Bible studies and counseling are also offered. Pastor Deanna Jones is the executive director of this long-term ministry partner.

Hope Unlimited provides comprehensive residential care for adolescents who have nowhere else to turn. We are literally their last resort.
Children come to
Hope Unlimited from the streets and slums of Brazil. Our kids come from the worlds of sex trafficking, drug running, incarceration, and life on the streets. At
our
campuses
in
Campinas
and
Vitória, Brazil, they find hope. Before they arrive via court order or social worker recommendation, most have a life expectancy of 3-5 years. ILLUMINATE CALIFORNIA – FRANK ERB The mission/vision of this ministry is to shine the light of Jesus and the Word of God into the lives of leaders in and around the California State Capitol and beyond, so that they can become the people He is calling them to be for His glory. INSTITUTE FOR CHILDREN’S AID (ICA) is one of two major divisions at International Christian Adoptions. ICA stands on biblical principles in lending hospitality and sanctuary to all who are in need. ICA is dedicated in helping children and their families around the world and in the United States. The staff is multilingual and multiethnic and professionally trained to assist in various capacities such as: •

Chaim Birnbaum was born in the U.S. and moved to Israel when he was very young. He was raised in a Messianic Home and received Jesus at an early age. Chaim has been on staff with Jews for Jesus the last 3 years and currently serves on our Youth and Young Adult Ministry team, which works out of our Moishe Rosen Center in Tel Aviv. As part of that team, he helps to host special events as a way to reach out and bless the local community. The center also houses a number of weekly meetings of which Chaim is involved, including an inter-congregational youth group and a Bible study for Israeli soldiers. As part of his ministry service, Chaim also manages a nationwide youth camp for teenagers from Messianic households. The camp, known as Katzir (Harvest), helps to strengthen and encourage the youth in their faith, inspiring them to also share the Gospel with others. Chaim is also a regular leader in the Massah (Journey) program, which offers the opportunity for Jewish believers, ages 19-26, to join together in community for creative outreach and Bible study in both Israel and India. JICARILLA APACHE CHURCH This church is located on the Apache Nation Indian reservation in Dulce, New Mexico. Pastor Brad Kautz began his work there in 2013 but the congregation has existed since 1914. Many in Dulce struggle with family situations that lead to behavioral problems, unhealthy life choices, and difficulty committing to God. Department exists to empower the development of Christlike leaders for the global church and is committed to providing world-class leadership training and theological education to students in the majority world. Dr. Ron Freeman, serving as the Higher Theological Education Coordinator, leads the efforts to do this primarily through strategic partnership with more than 30 Bible colleges, seminaries, and ministry training institutes around the world (with over 20 in Asia and 9 in Latin America and the Caribbean alone!). Through the mobilization of highly experienced theological education consultants, we encourage, support, and assist our partners to reach optimal effectiveness in fulfilling their institutional missions, using best practices in theological education. RIOS DE AGUA VIVA (RIVERS OF LIVING WATER), ESPARTO Pastor Salvador Palacios leads Rios de Agua Viva (Rivers of Living Water), located 20 miles west of Woodland in Esparto. They are a growing congregation ministering primarily to agricultural workers. Pray for continued effective evangelism and discipleship in this young growing church. SAT-7 SAT-7 is making God’s love visible in the Middle East and North Africa, where nearly 97% of the people are nonChristian. SAT-7’s Bible-centered children’s programming is a light in the darkness. These programs are loved by kids and trusted by parents. Because they watch together, we reach both with the Gospel. TALKING BIBLES INTERNATIONAL Talking Bibles International produces and provides audio bibles in languages where there is a high proportion of nonreaders and in the least-reached people groups. Currently, their emphasis areas are India, Sudan, and Ethiopia. They use local people to record the Bible into the native language, then produce and distribute small “talking Bibles” into the community through local pastors and believers.
