Speaker Framing Enables Inclusive and Equitable Video Meeting Experiences

Huddly is excited to announce Speaker Framing, a powerful new AI feature for immersive video meetings. Speaker Framing is the first smart experience to be launched exclusively on our networked camera platform consisting of Huddly S1 and Huddly L1.

With people working from different places, video is the place where they come together. Speaker Framing makes video conversations feel as natural and engaging as those that take place in person.

Speaker Framing leverages the latest advances in our smart camera technology. Huddly L1 and S1 feature new directional microphones that are able to detect the location of people in the meeting room. In combination with image sensor input, Speaker Framing uses this data to frame the conversation intelligently. Switching between those who are speaking and those who are listening, it captures everybody’s reactions and facial expressions. This results in a more natural and immersive video experience.
