Apartment Building
The program of the assignment was to design a 4 story apartment building with commercial space in the ground floor. In order to limit the built up area of the site it was decided to elevate the apartment blocks above ground . This was also the main reason for placing the parking in the underground . Trapeze shaped floorplan layout was selected due to it optimally fitting into the site. Roof terrace above the shop was created for the residents of the building .
