An open-air restaurant with views over the infinity-edged pool out to the Mamanuca Islands. Perfect for weddings or conferences.
A dedicated area for your guests, this semi-covered space with ocean views, an infinity-edged pool and bar, and its own restrooms is ideal for weddings, celebrations or smaller groups / conferences.
A laid-back, open-air space with daybeds, sun loungers, umbrellas, deck chairs and bean bags. Suitable for casual drinks, informal dining, cocktails and canapés for up to 40 guests.

VESSEL TRANSFERS
Just 30 minutes from Port Denarau, Malamala Beach Club is one of the most accessible Mamanuca Island destinations. Travel by exclusive vessel charter for up to 240 guests or join a scheduled service from Port Denarau at 9:30 am, 10:00 am, or 12:00 pm, returning at 4:45 pm or 6:00 pm daily. Optional pick-ups are also available from Momi Bay and selected Mamanuca resorts.

SOUTH SEA SAILING
Fiji’s true day sailing experience onboard SABRE! This tropical sailing adventure in the Mamanuca Islands is ready to take groups of up to 70 passengers for day trips or afternoon/evening charters.
This unique, custom-built 78 foot sailing catamaran (the first of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere) has large shaded seating options, including booth style seating & tables, day beds and bean bags, and can accommodate up to 70 people for a day trip or for an afternoon or evening dinner cruise.
Visit an uninhabited sand cay and untouched coral reef, abundant with marine life. Each journey through the beautiful Mamanuca Islands will depend on the warm tropical breeze and sea conditions, creating a unique experience every day.

Join a scheduled itinerary or design your own exclusive charter. The open-air dining room provides a unique conference setting, with plenty of breakout areas onboard (exclusive charters only). Our private beach on Nanuya Lailai is ideal for team-building activities like ‘Beach Olympics’ or ‘Survivor,’ with 50 acres of tropical bush for guided walks or simply relaxing in a stress-free setting. Add fun activities to help your team unwind and connect beyond the workplace. Ashore facilities include an open covered bure, cold-water showers, toilets, sun loungers, a barbeque, lovo (underground oven), and dining area. The traditional Fijian lovo feast and meke performance are must-dos — the unveiling of the lovo is a celebration, with delicious food served on banana leaves. After dinner, a beach party rounds off the perfect Pacific experience.

South Sea Cats has two new 14.9m vessels new to market in 2025. Purpose-built for both resort transfers and ultimate snorkelling half-day trips, the vessels boast comfortable seating, open sides for airflow and great views, beach landing access from the bow, onboard snacks and drinks, luggage storage, restrooms, sound system, and a fabulous inflatable slide that deploys from the roof when at anchor for a fun entry to the crystal clear waters of Fiji’s Mamanuca Islands.

RIDE & SLIDE
Bring a group or charter on this 4.5 hour, half day trip, which departs from Port Denarau at 12.15pm and returns at 4.45pm daily. Slide and snorkel around the vessel stops at Mamanuca Island’s tropical reefs. Snorkelling gear use, a light lunch, bottled water, soft drinks, local beer, and house wine are all included.
CUSTOM CHARTER
Charter one of these vessels for a duration that suits a custom snorkelling adventure, island hopping, resort transfers, or an island cruise. These great vessels are perfect for a memorable group day out!
ISLAND FEATURES

South Sea Island, a tiny gem in the Mamanuca Islands group, is only 30 minutes by high-speed catamaran transfer from Port Denarau. Surrounding this small island are crystal clear waters supporting an abundance of live coral that is home to thousands of tropical fish.
Corporate events
Need a conference venue with a difference? Theatre style tables and chairs under the palm trees will make for a memorable and creative environment and for smaller groups and the permanent bure can accommodate up to 50 guests. The island is also a superb venue for team building exercises.

All vessels, except one, also have a premium air-conditioned Captain’s Lounge area including the brand new Yasawa Flyer III, a 320-seat passenger ferry launched in August 2025.
