We’re sure you’ll have a fantastic day with us at Malamala Beach Club so relax, dance, sleep, chill, swim, eat, drink and create amazing memories!
BOOKED A CABANA OR POOLSIDE DAYBED?
If you have pre-booked one of our Cabanas, our butlers will be waiting for you at the end of the jetty. If you have pre-booked a Poolside Day Bed, go directly to the pool area. Please have your booking confirmation ready. Last-minute bookings are subject to availability.
HAVEN’T A RESERVED SPACE?
If you wish to book a Cabana or Poolside Day Bed, please see the reception team as these are subject to availability. We also have Day Beds for hire on The Deck for up to 2 people for only FJ$60 or you can book out the whole lot for up to 12 people for only FJ$360.
ON ARRIVAL
All guests should find a spot to base yourself at for the day (there’s no need to stop at The Hub just yet, unless there are no queues). Aside from the Cabanas and Day Beds or at The Deck, you can choose to chill out wherever you like unless we have a function on – there’ll be signs to advise if areas are booked.
GET YOUR TAB CARD SORTED
The beach club operates a system where you charge anything you buy to a TAB card which you settle at the end of the day. Go to The Hub with your return boarding pass and a credit card to get your TAB card so you can start ordering from our delicious menu. Please settle your card before your departure time with cash or credit card.
FOOD & DRINKS
Our kitchen and bar are open from the first to the last ferry. Just present your TAB card with every purchase and sign on delivery. We do not allow BYO food and drinks as we are a licensed venue. Please do not ask for glasses and bags of ice.
NEED A TOWEL?
Complimentary towels are available from The Hub for guests all guests even on private vessels receive towel service - one towel per person, per day.
EXPLORE THE ISLAND
We offer complimentary non-motorised watersports equipment from our Watersports Cabana including stand-up paddle boards, kayaks and snorkelling gear. Please ensure you read our Water Responsibility Code and sign the waiver form, available at the Watersports Cabana, before hitting the water. We’d appreciate it if you’d return kayaks, paddle boards and snorkelling gear to the Watersports Cabana after each use so that everyone can have a turn.
JUMP OFF THE JETTY!
It is safe for competent swimmers to jump off the end of our famous jetty between 11am-4pm – just keep an eye out for boats and helicopters! Please do this activity with a buddy and jump only in the direction of the mainland.
RESPECT FELLOW GUESTS
Please be considerate of others, especially around the pool area. This extends to your children and the use of personal music devices. It’s okay to sit on the edge of the infinity pool but standing and walking is unsafe and not permitted.

KEEP AN EYE ON THE TIME
Scheduled ferry departures back to Port Denarau are 4.15pm and 5.15pm. Please allow ample time to settle your bills and have your boarding passes ready. If you are travelling to the Coral Coast, Natadola, Momi Bay or Sonaisali you need to catch the 4.15pm vessel to meet your coach connection. If you miss this, getting back to your accommodation will be at your own cost. We expect all other guests to leave on the 5.15pm vessel – please let The Hub know if you want to depart at 4.15pm.
