BASS ROCK BAR The Bass Rock has stood off the North Berwick coast for over 800 years, home to one of the world’s largest gannet colonies. Named after it, the bar sits directly overlooking the West Links and the Firth of Forth, with the rock itself on the horizon. Dark walls, crystal chandeliers, gilt mirrors, and leather seating set the scene for all-day dining and drinks, including classic cocktails, international wines, award-winning whiskies, Scottish craft beers, and locally distilled spirits. 16

THE LAWN The Lawn is the restaurant at the heart of Marine North Berwick, with a curved bay window looking out over the West Links and the Firth of Forth. The menu draws on East Lothian’s coastline and agricultural hinterland. East Coast crab, hand-dived scallops, and hot-smoked salmon sourced minutes from the hotel, alongside ox cheeks, rack of lamb, and slow-cooked pork belly from the land behind it.
