THE GOLDEN GORSE Host your group at our hotel restaurant, The Golden Gorse. With stunning views over the Royal Dornoch Links and sea beyond, our dining room at Marine & Lawn Dornoch offers a seasonal menu, afternoon tea, and Sunday Roast. The menu draws from the best of the Scottish Highlands, focusing on local meats, freshly caught seafood, and seasonal produce from the Sutherland larder. The restaurant’s polished yet comfortable design makes it a pleasing event venue for a variety of occasions, day and night. A scenic terrace also provides outdoor seating options. The Golden Gorse takes its namesake from gorse plants that have cheerful, yellow blooming flowers and a heady scent in the summer in Sutherland.
