Q Does the product ship to the market center?
A No, the order should ship directly to the customer. Shipping product to the market center may result in the customer being billed for product prior to receipt, increase the risk of inventory loss and extend the lead time.
Q What do I give my customer if they ask for a catalog or leave behind?
A The Direct Sale Express Guide is for your reference only. If a prospect requests a leave-behind, please offer the current Direct Sale Express Leave Behind. Remember to provide the customer with your RSR employee ID or Field Sales source code to ensure that you get credit for the sale if they choose to order online.

A No. The pricing is very competitive and represents the floor you may offer. You may, and are encouraged to, offer higher sell prices when the opportunity warrants it.

Q Does $8.99 shipping apply to every order?
A $8.99 shipping is via ground shipping and applies to each shipping destination in the contiguous U.S. Specifically, if your customer orders 100 shirts, shipping to 10 separate locations, shipping charges will total $89.99 (10 locations at $8.99 each). This cannot be avoided by shipping to the Market Center, as shipments are to be sent to the customer’s address only. For shipping guidance on international orders or orders outside the contiguous U.S., contact your regional support team member.
Q Do the $6.99 personalization and $8.99 ground shipping rates apply to all orders or only to orders on the Direct Sale Express Guide?
A The $6.99 personalization and shipping rates will apply to all orders that are submitted with the 114473 source code.
Q Why are we all using the same phone number to reach our dedicated regional support team members? Shouldn’t the phone number be different for each region?
A Calls will be routed to the appropriate regional team member based on the area code of the inbound call.
Q Do I need to place the order and then call back with my employee number for credit?
A No, the regional support team member who assists with the lead will ask for your RSR employee ID or Field Sales source code when you pass the lead. The code will be captured at that time.
Q Who will give the customer feedback on the order if there is a timing delay or back order, and what if the customer wants an update?
A Customers who have provided their email address will receive three automated notifications regarding their order status: when the order is placed, when the order is in process and when the order ships. If the customer wants an update, he or she should contact the regional support team at 844-444-1726.
Q What if the customer has a concern on a return?
A The customer should contact the regional support team at 844-444-1726 for support on any service-related issue, including returns.
