The Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization designated by the Maricopa County Community College District to receive and manage gifts on behalf of its 10 colleges.

The Foundation actively seeks contributions from a variety of public and private sources including individuals, corporations and other foundations. It acts as a trustee for donations to assure that gifts are distributed in the manner specified by the donor.

High educational attainment is closely linked to increased personal income, decreased crime, the community’s ability to attract and retain new businesses and other measures of community health. The Maricopa County Community College District has long been one of Arizona’s largest providers of healthcare education, university transfer education, workforce development, occupational education and general and continuing education services.
