Welcome to the 2024 Valleywise Health Foundation Golf Tournament! We extend our deepest appreciation to our Co-Chairs Karie Dozer and Patti Gentry, as well as you for your participation in this remarkable day dedicated to supporting Valleywise Health. Proceeds from this event will go towards vital programs such as the Diane & Bruce Halle Arizona Burn Center, behavioral health programs, including our First Episode Center, and the training of Arizona’s next generation of healthcare professionals.

• Contest winners will be notified Monday

• Each player will tee off.
• Team selects best drive and hitssecond shot from that point.
• Process continues until the ball is holed.
• Please write team score on official scorecard.
• Bogey max per hole to help with the pace of play.
