The goal of this project was to construct a mixed use commercial/residential building in North West Calgary. Revit was the main software used for this design. The aim was to create a flexible commercial unit on the main floor and residential units on the upper floors. The main considerations was to create a building that utilized the sites surroundings by taking the contextual elements into consideration and to create a smooth traffic flow from and onto the site.
