Pricing:
Subscription £300 one off payment.
Artist Representation includes:
1. Representation & Negotiation
Act as your professional representative with galleries, fairs, and institutions
Negotiate contracts, terms, and sales on your behalf
Note: I ensure that each artist is put forward to the right projects, carefully selecting opportunities where their work fits best.
2. PR & Promotion
Coordinate press and media communications
Promote your work through digital platforms
3. Collector & Partner Relations
Introduce your practice to collectors, curators, and cultural partners
Facilitate sales opportunities and long-term professional connections
Commission Structure (for sales)
50% for exhibitions/projects organised directly by MM Art Consult (e.g.,
Independent Hotel Show – artist-only)
20–30% for exhibitions/projects via external galleries or institutions
Artist covers transport and insurance for exhibitions unless otherwise agreed
Expenses for Representation
Any additional costs required to support the artist’s project will be pre-approved and invoiced separately, including:
Travel and accommodation if outside London for meetings, exhibitions, or events
Shipping, packaging, or transport of artworks
Insurance for artworks during transport or exhibitions
Production costs for promotional materials
Curation Package
Advise on artwork selection and exhibition presentation
Develop curatorial texts and narratives
Oversee installation and on-site support
Fee: £250 per day
Note: Applicable for artists who already have an exhibition arranged.
Optional Add-On
Special Feature in Maison Kaywa magazine: from £250 (depending on number of pages and placement)
Optional add-on is independent of commissions and application fee, providing additional visibility and professional promotion.
