History We are an investment group with more than 23 years of experience not only in Chilean markets, but also in international ones. Headquarters are located in Chile but our group also opened recently operations in Peru. Our company provides services in extensive areas such as the chemical and mining industry, construction and consulting. In addition to these services we also focus on the commercialization and formulation of products from marine and vegetal origin. These products aim mainly at the animal feed industry.
Founded in 1993, the cornerstone for our groups success has always been innovation. CERTIFICATIONS PAC Certificate “Fish oil not intended for human consumption” from Sernapesca (plant No. 08388). In force since January 2012, category achieved A. PAC stands for “Programa de Aseguramiento de Calidad” which means Quality Assurance Program. This is a certificate issued by the Chilean authority that is responsible of regulating the trading of marine products. HACCP Bureau Veritas Certification for “Production of marine fatty acids, marine mixtures of fatty acids with vegetable fatty acids and vegetable oils” (BVCSG4403) in force since April 13th, 2015. International CoCIFFO RS. The main purpose of this certification is to provide to our clients and stakeholders an international reliable standard that is used to demonstrate that the ingredients used in our procedures are handled responsibly and that their origin is completely traceable.

HBP certification: Oil and fat processing industry, registration No. 08388, authorized to export fish oil not intended for human consumption to the People’s Republic of China, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, European Union and Vietnam.
FDA: In force since March 4th 2016. This certification allows our products to enter the US markets.
SAG: In force since February 17th 2016. This allows the company to be a manufacturing plant. Moreover it allows our plant to export products that are not 100% made of fish oil, and that could target other markets different than animal feed.
