Thailand has incredibly hot climate through out the year, so the Ruam Mitr event will be hosted during times that Thailand has lower temperature such as the last two weekends of January and the first two weekends of February.
We would like to have the event last for at least a week because of the effort of constructing the installations are high and that not a lot of visitor will have the chance to enjoy the activities and performance.
The event is an open space with all the activities available throughout the day. The only aspects to consider scheduling are the performance that will happen on the same stage at the Central structure.

The roof plan shows the top view of the site including the pavilions and it shows how people can look from the BTS sky train to our site. The perception from the BTS to the site is one way to promote the event because the colors and massive structure will attract people and tell people that there is an event occurring.
