Qatar’s shopping oultets offer international brands complemented by a wide variety of goods with a distinctly local flavour. Modern technology sits side by side with tradition, huge sprawling malls vying for trade alongside the cluttered alleyways of the souqs. Enjoy the best of both worlds and add a new skill to your shopping repertoire by bargaining for items in the souqs.

With no VAT or sales tax, prices are very competitive and events and seasonal sales add to the value. The exact dates and venues of annual shopping festivals are listed in the Events Section of the Marhaba Information Guide, which is published three times a year.

Although we have mentioned timings for the malls and stores, please check with the relevant outlets as timings do change from time to time, especially during Ramadan and festivals. Š
