First three orders must be prepaid: Net 30 terms on subsequent orders pending credit approval. Case packs cannot be broken. Testers are available for 1/2 price + $1.00 for applicable products. Please note that all orders placed for immediate delivery are shipped within 2 business days. Orders already in the shipping process may not be canceled. Orders with a future ship date can only be canceled 72 hours prior to the requested ship date. Items which are out of stock at the time of the shipment date will ship as a back order when the items become available. Some shipping restrictions apply to HI, AK and Canada. Please consult your account representative to learn more. No refunds; credit only. All credits issued must be applied towards future orders only. All damage and shortage claims must be reported within 10 days of the invoice date. No returns of merchandise will be accepted, and no credit issued without prior written consent and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Credit is subject to our evaluation and approval of the condition and quality of the returned merchandise. Unauthorized returns will be returned freight collect. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. In the event that Margot Elena must use collection efforts to collect amount due, Margot Elena shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees, collection costs and interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on any amount due.

Shipping is FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. FOB Denver, Colorado. Within the Specialty Boutique market, territory protection will be granted up to a 1-mile radius (major metropolitan areas are subject to Margot Elena’s discretion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis). Each brand has its own opening order minimum, listed above. All reorders shipping in the contiguous United States are a minimum of $150. In order to maintain territory protection, the minimum yearly spend must be invoiced every twelve months for each location our brands are carried. If order requirements are not maintained, Margot Elena may not allow reordering, list customer on store locator, or honor territory protection until brand minimums are met. Customers who have not met twelve-month brand minimums may be subject to opening order requirements.

As an authorized reseller of our product, you will only advertise products at or above the suggested retail price at all times and in all channels that you sell through. This includes all internet posted and hidden pricing on your website. If you choose not to, or are unable to honor your obligations, you will no longer be granted authorized reseller status and territory protection. We do not allow any third-party website sales.
