• All of our taps and mixers are supplied with 1/4 turn ceramic disc operation unless otherwise stated. However if you choose a London or England handle you can also select the Screwdown option (SD) if this is your preference.
• If your chosen product has a Hand Shower or Shower Rose, you can choose our Easy Clean option (EC).
• Porcelain parts on our products are supplied in white as standard. If you would prefer the porcelain to be black, please use the BK code as detailed above in Options. This is available on London Lever, London and England Handles, Porcelain Stems, Porcelain Hand Shower and Heated Towel Rails.

Our thermostatic shower valves are factory set to 38°C and fitted with an anti-scald device designed to protect the user by automatically cutting the water flow. PRODUCT GUARANTEE Our products used for domestic installation are covered under the Marflow guarantee for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. Chrome finish is guaranteed for ten years. Unlacquered Copper and Unlacquered Brass do not have a finish guarantee due to the nature of the finish, whilst all other finishes are guaranteed for two years subject to the terms and conditions of use set out in our guarantee terms and conditions.
