NECKAR LANDSCAPE PARK,
STUTTGART REGION, 2023
LE NOTRE STUDENT COMPETITION
CO-AUTHORS:
B. Filipová, A. Jirků , K. Marková, S. Nogová, B. Rů nová, A. Špind lerová, O. UlrichThe goal was to create a strategic plan of the Neckar River valley and a detailed design of one of the selected parts. A typical phenomenon of this region is a highly developed industry. For that reason, there is a considerable amount of brownfields in need of conversion. The design creates a system of greenery along this river and also solves flood measures that help to keep water in the landscape and prevent its destructive forces.
In the selected part, the proposal deals with the wetland and the current shopping center. In the future, the proposal envisages the reduction of the shopping center and the realization of a flood park. Furthermore, the design calculates sports activities, agriculture, and above all increasing biodiversity in the landscape.

GARDEN AS A MARTKETING TOOL, BACHELOR
THESIS, 2023

SUPERVISORS:
Ing. Jana Drochytková
The thesis deal with the potential of the garden in marketing and its use for the positive visibility of the company. From the gained theoretical knowledge was designed a design concept for the company called Green idea. The garden presents attitudes towards employees, ecological values and phytotherapy. An outdoor office was designed here for employees, which can also be used for company events. There is also a sport zone and an orchard for employees. Ecological values are reflected in the management of water, which is preserved, purified and further used on the property. Surplus water then goes into the wetland. Phytotherapy and products are presented in themed gardens, which are designed as a grandma's garden, because the owner's grandmother introduced him to phytotherapy. Thematic gardens are focused on specific areas of human health e.g. movement garden, heart and blood garden etc. Or on products e.g. candy garden.
