Overview The Ohio Pipeline Energy Network (OPEN) Project will transport newly emerging natural gas supplies from the Utica Shale and Marcellus Shale regions to markets in the Midwest, Southeast and Gulf Coast. Approximately 76 miles of new 30 inch diameter pipeline and support facilities will run through Ohio.
Impacted Areas: The OPEN Project will run a mainline extension in Columbiana, Carroll, Jefferson, Belmont and Monroe counties in Ohio.
