• Development goal: developing a sustainable denim look fabric in a variety of colors for a capsule collection at a reasonable price point and low minimums per color.
• Design: After excluding yarn dyed options because of high price and piece dyed option because of a too solid color results and minimum, I created a greige base using a recycled polyester warp in black and a cotton warp in white, perfect to be over dyed in small batches of different colors where the cotton will change color but the polyester will remain black. Advantages include: a faster production lead time, better price, ability of achieving more color options in small batches.

• Development goal: accessibility is too often not a priority in designing fashion. My goal was to reach out to a broader audience proudly wearing the brand Calvin Klein Platinum
• Design: after researching and learning the alphabetic writing system for the visually impaired or Braille, I translated the Calvin Klein Platinum logo in this language. The result can be used as perforation pattern by itself or repeated to create a all over pattern as on the double layer nylon puffer, on leather and others.
• Fabric manufacturer: For the nylon -Concordia- China and for the leather -PerlineHong Kong.
• Content: 100%PA and 100% Lamb Skin
