BILT MUSEUM AND CULTURE CENTER

Das Projekt Der Projektstandort befindet sich in Angola, Luanda in der peripheren, sich immer weiter ausdehnenden Zone der Stadt. Mein Vorschlag wurde von den geomorphologischen und räumlichen Eigenschaften des Ortes beeinflusst, wie die kulturell reiche Geschichte der Menschen in Luanda - die Möglichkeit, die freien ungenutzten Flächen neben der großen Wohnungsmasse zu nutzen, mit einem neuen Bürgerzentrum ein neues Museum und Kulturzentrum, in dem wir grüne revitalisierte Räume von Aktivitäten haben könnten, in denen eine Konvergenzzone sein würde, die die Ströme der Gegend verändert.

1st Floor building Works independently as a restaurant for 76 people and service areas and bathrooms.

1st Floor building has a big foyer with a organic form ramp, connecting the upper floor, also has a multi-use auditorium for 360 seats and large restrooms

2nd Floor building Has all of the museum, restaurant and auditorium administrative areas, small office spaces, archives, restrooms reception.

2nd Floor building has a big Exhibition space, with a flexible character adaptable for other types of events, it also connects the budling by an umbilical bridge that offers a view of the whole surrounding park.

C3 family HOUSE The Execution Project that is presented refers to the construction of a single family house. Located in the province of Luanda, District of Ingombota, Rua Rainha Ginga.

The PROGRAM The implantation of the building with a volume fits perfectly in the 7.5 x 10 m plot.

Contains one Access to , A Common Room (Living and Dining), A kitchen and service areas.

Three Bathrooms One Suite, Two Corridor, Two rooms.

Das vorgestellte Ausführungsprojekt bezieht sich auf den Bau eines Einfamilienhauses. Es befindet sich in der Provinz Luanda, Bezirk Ingombota, Rua Rainha Ginga.

Das PROGRAMM Die Implantation des Gebäudes mit einem Volumen passt perfekt in die 7,5 x 10 m Grundstück.

Enthält einen Zugang zu , Ein Gemeinschaftsraum (Wohn-und Esszimmer), Eine Küche und Servicebereiche.

Drei Badezimmer Eine Suite, Zwei Korridor, Zwei Zimmer.

The Building in its conception had the following aspects as determining factors: Urban and Architectural Framework Functional Distribution of Spaces Maximum use of the implantation land The entire project set paid special attention to the direct occupancy ratio between the volume of the Building and the functional occupation of the different spaces, which allows a clear reading of the use of the spaces.

Das Gebäude hatte in seiner Konzeption folgende Aspekte als bestimmende Faktoren: Städtischer und architektonischer Rahmen Funktionale Verteilung von Räumen Maximale Nutzung des Implantationslandes Bei der gesamten Projektreihe wurde besonderes Augenmerk auf die direkte Belegungsquote zwischen dem Volumen der Gebäude und die funktionale Besetzung der verschiedenen Räume, die ein klares Ablesen der Raumnutzung ermöglicht.

The design and distribution of the different spaces were articulated to allow ease of use, based on the principle of optimization of natural lighting and ventilation, with a simple masonry wall construction system with insulation and air box, allowing the thermal and acoustic insulation of the interior to exterior and vice versa.

Das Design und die Verteilung der verschiedenen Räume wurden so gegliedert, dass eine einfache Nutzung auf der Grundlage des Prinzips der Optimierung der natürlichen Beleuchtung und Belüftung mit einem einfachen Mauerwerkswandkonstruktionssystem mit Dämmung und innerer Dämmbox für den Außenbereich und umgekehrt möglich ist.

The project is characterized by a reinforced concrete structure composed of pillars, beams, slabs and brick walls. The cover will be in reinforced concrete slab.

Das Projekt zeichnet sich durch eine Stahlbetonkonstruktion aus Säulen, Balken, Platten und Backsteinmauern aus. Die Abdeckung besteht aus einer Stahlbetonplatte.

The system used for the roof of this area was the traditional Palapa, which is made by artisans with wood and palm leaves which is very fresh and provides shade to the slabs of the rooms beneath Für das Dach dieses Bereichs wurde das traditionelle Palapa-System verwendet, das von Kunsthandwerkern aus Holz und Palmblättern hergestellt wird, das sehr frisch ist und den Platten der darunter liegenden Räume Schatten spendet

Main idea of integration of the building - The floorplans layout follows a imaginary grid that carefully position the facades and main areas in the direction of the resort center, with the elevated balcony allows the visitors to have an almost panoramic view of the whole leisure areas, and the same elevated structure, allows for hydraulic infrastructure to be accommodated underneath while at the same time creates the minimum barrier possible to the water flows in the rainy seasons.

Die Hauptidee der Integration des Gebäudes - Der Grundriss folgt einem imaginären Raster, das die Fassaden und Hauptbereiche sorgfältig in Richtung des Ferienzentrums positioniert. Der erhöhte Balkon ermöglicht den Besuchern einen fast panoramischen Blick auf die gesamten Freizeitbereiche, und die gleiche erhöhte Struktur ermöglicht es, die hydraulische Infrastruktur darunter unterzubringen, während sie gleichzeitig eine möglichst geringe Barriere für die Wasserströme in den Regenzeiten schafft.

the Concept was 2 Cabins, the design OF BOTH WAS THINKING OF THE POSSIBILITIES OF USAGE BY VARIOUS GROUPES OF VISITORS THAT the RESORT MAY RECIVE, Weather was big famillies, multiple families or couples in honeymoon or friends.

Das Konzept bestand aus 2 Kabinen, wobei bei der Gestaltung beider Kabinen an die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten durch verschiedene Besuchergruppen gedacht wurde, die das Resort empfangen könnten, seien es große Familien, mehrere Familien oder Paare in den Flitterwochen oder Freunde.

The two cabins will be integrated in a resort/spa with leisure and restaurant areas for the visitors the main goal is to have two types of lodges that can be adaptable, versatile, and comfortable, built in wood and metal and concrete structure for the foundations, are climate ready fulfilling the porpoise of offering cooled cover form the scorching temperatures ever present in this tropical location.

Die beiden Hütten werden in ein Resort/Spa mit Freizeit- und Restaurantbereichen für die Besucher integriert. Das Hauptziel ist es, zwei Arten von Hütten zu haben, die anpassungsfähig, vielseitig und komfortabel sind, die aus Holz und Metall und einer Betonstruktur für die Fundamente gebaut werden, die klimafest sind und die den Anspruch erfüllen, einen gekühlten Schutz vor den sengenden Temperaturen zu bieten, die an diesem tropischen Ort immer vorhanden sind.

All interior spaces were organized to have a common living and dinning, balcony and bedrooms with a good separation and private to accommodate the users comfortably and adaptable to fit big families friends or couples.

Alle Innenräume wurden so organisiert, dass sie ein gemeinsames Wohn- und Esszimmer, einen Balkon und Schlafzimmer mit einer guten Trennung und Privatsphäre haben, um die Benutzer bequem unterzubringen und anpassungsfähig für große Familien, Freunde oder Paare zu sein.
