We have been providing trusted expert support, solutions and guidance to schools and education services across Shropshire since 2013. We offer flexible and affordable services to keep your ICT systems running smoothly, securely and efficiently.
Support is provided by our team of specialistic who also manage the Marches Academy Trust ICT systems.
We can provide a dedicated technician who can attend your site on either a regular basis or booked when is needed and conveinient for you.
All our packages include remote support using industry leading technology. Depending on your preference, devices or servers can be accessed with or without your interaction.
We can help with the strategic planning and implementation of your ICT and offer impartial advice and assisting with the procurement of hardware or software through trusted suppliers.

All hours are to be utilised between 01.04.2026 and 31.03.2027. An additional subscription can be purchased, subject to availability. Any additional onsite hours required outside of subscriptions are charged at our ad-hoc rate. Hours can be used for regular schedules onsite visit on request. See our SLA for further details. Remote support subject to fair use.
