Realizamos 20 vuelos sohdanos con Rurrenabaque y San BOfJa permitiendo que no se Interrumpa la conectlvidad coo estes lugares. Esta accI6n la asumimos Junto con la convocatoria que hlzo el Presldente del Estade Plunnacional de Bolivia, Eva Morales, para socorrer a las viel_mas de los desastres naturales.

Amaszonas no podia quedar Indlferente ante la magnltud de las inundaciones. tal como 10 hicimos hace 5 anos en una similar situacl6n. Nuestra Identidad con esta zona amaz6nica y turfstlca de BoliVia es constante y estamos presentes tanto en las buenas como en las malas clrcuns tancias.

El de Montevideo (Uruguay) es el Carnaval mas largo del mundo, empezo pnicticame nle en octubre de 20 18 con un Encuentro y Concurso de Murga loven, siendo su fecha culmine en febrero con el Desfile Oficial de Llamadas. Lo que se vive en ese pais es algo unico, clonde la musica, la fantasia y el color son los protagonistas.

Los turislas vibran con la fuerza y colorido del candombe, caracte rizado por el dialogo d e tres tipos de tambores: chico, repique y piano.

Son un ciasico de este camaval las murgas, parodistas, humorist as, revistas y comparsas que se desarrollan tanto en los tablados de los barrios de Montevideo, como en el Teatro d e Verano clonde se celebra eI Concurso Oficial de Ag r upaciones Carnavaleras.

Ent re enero y marzo del arlO pasado Uruguay recibi6 mas d e 1,5 m illones de visitantes, seguramente una gran porcentaje lIeg6 a visitar su Carnaval.

LA MAYOR FIESTA PARAGUAYA PARAGUAY'S BIGGEST PARTY En Paraguay la mayo r fiesta carnavalera se vive en la surefia Encarnaci6n, este 2019 los mas de 400 metros de longitud del "samb6dromo" encarnaceno vieron desfilar sus car rozas, comparsas y batucadas por cinco fines de semana seguidos a partir del26 de enero.

EI Carnaval congrega en Encarnacion a los paraguayos que disfrutan ya de sus vacaciones y a ext ranjeros, muchos de eUos arge nti nos, de las localidades cercanas, como Posadas, que solo tienen que cruzar eI Parana para acudir a este festejo. EI promedio de asistentes por noche es aproximadamente de lO.OOO personas.

La mejor forma de empezar a conocer una dudad es sumergirse en su historia y las plazas d e armas son eI mejor lugar, generalmente estan ubicadas en el centro historico y la de Iquique no es la excepci6n. La Plaza Arturo Prat en Iquique (C hile) esta rod eada de beIlas edificadones que aun conservan el glamour de la abundanda que se vivi6 en los tiempos de la explotacion salitrera.

En esta plaza 10 primero que destaca es la Torre del Relo; que con sus 25 metros de alto es uno de los prindpales simbolos de la dudad, se encuentra en el centro d e la plaza y fue construida en 1878. Aunque no se puede distinguir a simple vista, esta construida en madera de pino oregon. El reloj de cuatro caras, Uego desde Inglaterra en 1878. La Torre fue declarada Monumento Nadonal el 13 de julio de 1987.

At present the theater can only be visited by tourists, as no performances have beell held sillce 2009 and it is waiting for restoration.

Las lenguas enuncian con precision la profundidad de la concepcion del mundo de una determinada cultura. Gracias a elias podemos saber, por ejemplo, que para los hablantes de nahuatl, una de las lenguas indigenas de Mexico, no exisle el concepto de maldad como normal mente se concibe en las sociedades hispanoparlantes, eI nahuati utiliza el termino ~amo·cualli~ que significa nobueno. Ubicado en el de partamento de Flores (Uruguay), el Geoparque Grutas del Palacio es un destino recome ndable para los que buscan experiencias diferentes y que esten interesados en areas como la geologia y arqueologia, ya que se puede encontrar antiguas cavernas, pintu ras rupest res, recorrer bellos paisajes de colinas y disfrutar de lagos.

Se encuentra a tres horas de Montevideo y cuenta con reconocimiento de la UNESCO. Este paraje abarca una superficie de 3.641 km (14 geositios y 12 sitios de interes), siendo eI mas emblematico y que da nombre a todo eI parque, las "Grutas del Palacio una peculiar formaci6n geologica con cavernas conformadas de minerales de hierro y sustentada por un cente nar de estructuras con forma de columnas, muy resiste ntes a la erosion, asemejandose a un laberinto.

Otra area protegida dentro del parque es la localidad Rupestre de Chamanga con 44 pinturas rupestres inventariadas. La singularidad y valor de las pinturas es su ubicacion sobre bloque de granito en campo abiertos, no asi en cuevas como sucede en la mayoria de estas manifestaciones en eI mundo.

Located in the department of Flores (Uruguay), the Geopark Crutas del Palacio is a highly recommended destination for those who seek different experiences and who are interested in areas such as geology and archeology, since here you wiIl find ancient cave",s, rock paintings, and walks through beautiful landscapes of hilIs and lakes. It is located three hours from MOlltevideo and has recognition from UNES. This area covers an area of 3,641 km (14 geosites aud 12 sites of interest). The most emblematic site and the one that give the whole park its name is the ~Grutas del Palacio", a peculiar geological formatioll witll cave",s made of iroll minerals and sustained by a hundred structures in the shape of columns, making it very resistant to erosion and resembling a labyrinth.

Entre las bandas que encabezan el lineup 20 19 estan los britanicos de Arctic Monkeys, el cantante Lenny Kravitz, el duo musical Twenty One Pilots, el DJ Steve Aoki, los neoyorquinos de Interpol y los irlandeses de Snow Patrol y el rock de la banda 1975.

Pero tambien estaran presentes artistas his panos, es el caso de los uruguayos del Cuarteto de Nos, los venezolanos de Caramelos de Cianuro e induso la c umbia villera argentina de Damas Gratis, haciendo un total de 18 bandas internacionales.

Asimismo, entre las bandas nacionales que participaran est an, Deliverans, Villagran Bolanos, Partes Iguales, La Nuestra, The Tempranos, Tribu Sonica, Mente Nativa, llegando a 14 agrupaciones paraguayas.

Los organizadores del Asuncionico esperan recibir alrededor de 25 mil personas por dia, es decir un total de 50 mil visitantes durante las dos jornadas que marcacin otro hito musical en Paraguay.

OPERACION LlMPIEZA OPERATION CLEAN EI gobierno de China anu nci6 una serie de medidas especiales para regular los pennisos para ascender al imponente Everest desde la vertiente norte en 2019. Es asi que la nueva regulacion planea recortar en un tercio los permisos este ano, con el objetivo de comenzar una gran operacion de limpieza en el coloso.

El sumiller es un experto que sugiere el vino apropiado para la ocasi6n, en importantes restaurantes.

A sommelier is an expert who suggests the appropriate wine for the occasion in great restaurants. " Para ser sumiller hay que tener el don de percibir aromas yespecial mente las mujeres 10 tenemos muy desarrollado".

"To be a sommelier you have to have a gift. one that women especially have. as we perceive more aromas, in women this is innate and very developed".

Carmen Buitrago recuerda sus vacaciones de infancia en los campos de Cinti (Chuquisaca), paseando los vinedos de la mano de su abuelo. con quien disfruto las cosedlas, el delicioSQ a roma de la tierra, las fiestas de la vendimia y la produCCiOn de los destilados. En ese entonces. la pequena Carmen no se imaginaba que se convertir(a en la unica mujer sumiller certificada de Bolivia.

Aunque su familia produce San Remo, el unico singani dluquisaqueno que se e xport.a a Estados Unidos y Helsinki (Finlandia), ella no pensaba dedicarse a este rubro. "Antes yo no sabia que hab(a una profesiOn pa ra catar vinos. eras enOlogo. agrOnomo 0 productor. para todo hay que estudiar qu(mica y no era mi fuerte y 10 de los vinos siempre fue un nidlo muy masculino". nos contO. Sin embargo, un buen d(a la vida la lIevo a ltalia donde realizo el diplomado GestiOn en AdministraciOn de Bodegas Medianas. alii descub!"io que disfrutaba mucho la cata. reconocer las caracter(sticas y cualidades del vino, su pl"oceso y la memoria que lIeva consigo. De Bolognia se fue aRoma y se inscribio a la FederatiOn Italiana de Sumilleres de Restaurantes y Hoteles. una de las universidades mas importantes de Italia y del mundo en este rubro. " En estos cursos encontre mi fuen te de inspiraCion y dejaba de hacer muchas cosas pa ra estudiar. Para ser catador hay que ser sumiller, un eslabOn muy importante en la cadena del vino", nos e xplico Carmen.

"Catando VInOS es como aprendes a desa rrollar el ollato, es pura practica, al inicio es dillcil, pero hay un estuche frances de esencias que se llama la nariz del vino, al oler las especias tu cerebro empieza a conectar y record a r las fragancias".

Nos conto que en los cursos era la unica latina y todos se preguntaba n que hada una boliviana estudiando sumilleria, "acaso hay vino en Bolivia?, siempre les respondia que no son los mas conocidos de Sudamerica, pero son Unicos.

Carmen Buitrago remembers her childhood vacations in the fields of CiMi (Chuquisaca), walking the vineyards with her grandfather, with whom she enjoyed the harvests, the delicious aroma of the land. the harvest festivals and the produc:tion of the spirits. At that time, little Cannen did not imagine that she would become the only certified female sommelier from Bolivia.

Posteriormente sacar toda la grasa y volver a hervir. pero esta vez con la canela y davo de olor por 30 minutos. Colaf, aliadir lethe, endulzar a gusto y colocar en recipientes individuales y dejar en una heladera por al menos tfes horas.

En una apuesta por el ~ciclaje, el ~staurante de lujo espanol "EI Celler de Can Roca" esta transformando botellas vadas de cristal en vajillas, bandejas, vasos y Olros ~cipienles que luego se Uliliu!n en el mismo Iugar. Con esto se busca que el mismo metodo se expanda en todo el sector gastron6mico del pais.

Son mas de 22 mil botellas que se diStfibuyen al ano solo de vin~, lIegando el ~staurante a tener una bodega con alrededor de 44 mil unidades de dile~ntes bebidas. En ese sentido, los hermanos Roca (propietarios del negodol trabajan con una artesana que se encarga de escoger las mejo~s bote lias vadas para cortar, fundir, pulir el vidrio yasi crear su arte, darles una segunda vida a las botellas.

"La coeina es una herramienta muy poderosa para despertar la conciencia de la genIe y observar dile~ntes visiones. los chefs estan interesados en causas relacionadas con la protecd6n del medio ambiente y los recursos naturales", coment6 Joan Roca, jele de coeina del Celler de Can. In this sense, the Roca brothers (owners of the business) work with an artisan who is in charge of choosing the best empty bottles to cut, melt, and polish the glass and thus create art, and give a second life to the borrles. ~The kitchen is a very powerful tool to awaken the conscience of people and see different visions. Chefs are interested in causes related to the protection of the environment and natural resaurces," said Joan Raca, head chef at EI Celler de Can Roca.

Fatima Jordan, la reina del carnaval cruceilo 20 19, estuvo presente en la firma del conven io y resaJt6 el trabajo de Amaszonas para transportar visitantes nacionales e internacionales en estas fec has.

VUELOS Y TARIFAS SOLIDARIAS A RURRENABAQUE Y SAN BORJA Tras las inundaciones provocadas por las lluvias y los consiguientes desbordes de rios que afectaron a varias zonas del departamento de Beni en Bolivia, la aerolinea Amaszonas dispuso la creacion de vuelos y tarifas solidarias para atender a las ciudades de Rurrenabaque y San Borja, dos de los municipios mas afectados por los efectos adversos del clima.

Respondiendo a la convocatoria de solidaridad que realiz6 el presidente del Estado Plurinacional, Evo Morales, para atende r a los damnificados por las lluvias e inundaciones, se ha decidi6 la creaci6n de inmediato de vuelos solidarios para atender a las personas damnificadas por inundaciones.

En total se realizaron 20 vuelos solidarios.

De esta manera se busca paliar en algo los duros momentos que estan viviendo las familias damnificadas.
