School Tuition Fees and Charges

Additional Information
Fee Payment Methods
Fees are charged annually in advance, and families have a number of payment options, varying from weekly to a single payment in full. Families are asked at the commencement of the school year to nominate their preferred fee payment option. If there is no fee payment option nominated, the payment option of ‘Term in Advance’ will apply. All amounts owing are to be settled by the end of 2023
Note: Unless you are paying annually or bi-annually a Direct Debit arrangement must be in place.
Direct Debit Arrangements:
Direct debit arrangements are managed via the Parent Lounge. New arrangements will need to be set up by all parents by Friday 31st January 2025. A SEQTA message will be sent with a notification to advise when the system opens by the third week of January 2025.
Early Payment Discounts (Applicable to Fees):
• payment in full by Wednesday 4th December 2024 - 5.00%
• payment half yearly by Wednesday 4th December 2024 - 5.00%. This discount applies only to the payment made.
• payment in full between Thursday 5th December 2024 and Friday 24th January 2025 - 4 50%
• payment half yearly between Thursday 5th December 2024 and Friday 24th January 2025 - 4.50% This discount applies only to the payment made.
• payment second half year by Friday 11th July 2025 - 4.50%. This discount applies only to the payment made.
• payment by term in advance - due by the second Friday of each term - no discount
• payment by month/fortnightly/weekly - no discount
Marketing Scheme Rebate
A one-off rebate of 10% of an introducing family's tuition fees (up to a maximum of 90%) will be made by the end of October 2025 in respect of each family introduced to the School whose children attend for all of that year. The rebate only applies to those students in years Prep and above. To apply for this rebate please contact the Business Manager.
Late Payment Administration Fee
In recognition of the administrative work involved in the follow-up of late payments, an administration fee of $50 may be charged where fees are not paid within two months after they become due according to the nominated payment plan, and each subsequent two months if the amount remains unpaid.
Capital Levy
A compulsory Capital Levy of $400 is payable by each family with students enrolled in Prep to Year 12 in 2025. The Levy is used to maintain and improve the school’s facilities. The levy is not tax deductible.
Building Fund Donation
Families with students only in the ELC may choose to donate $115 to the Building Fund in 2025. This is used to maintain and improve the school’s facilities. The donation would be tax deductible. An amount of $115 will be added to the family account and will be removed on request.
Technology Services Levy
A compulsory Technology Services Levy of $220 per family is payable by each family with students enrolled in Prep to Year 12 in 2025. The levy is used in maintaining the school’s ICT networks. The levy is not tax deductible.
Parental Involvement
A Parental Involvement Points (PIP points) levy of $200 per family applies in 2025. The Levy will be reduced by $20 for each hour of parental involvement contributed during 2025.
Association Levy
An Association Levy of $55 (Incl. GST) per parent, per year, will be charged to support the work of the Association.
Withdrawal of Students
Parents are reminded that notice of withdrawing a student must be sent in writing to the Principal/CEO a minimum of one full term in advance i.e., by the first day of the term at the end of which the child may leave. If not, a term’s fees will be charged in lieu, in accordance with the enrolment agreement. For students (other than those in Year 12) leaving at the end of the year, notice must be received by the first day of Term 4. Fees are not pro-rated if a child leaves mid-term.
2025 Early Learning Centre Fee Schedule
Maranatha is a participant in the Victorian Government’s Free Kinder funding program for 3 and 4-year-old kindergarten in 2025 The following fees apply

Other fees and charges, outside of the Free Kinder program:
• School Enrolment Fee $250 and School Security Deposit $750 per child, membership fee $55 per parent. The Security Deposit is credited in Term 4 of child’s Prep year at Maranatha.
• Excursions/Incursions:
Each family will be charged for the cost recovery for special excursions/incursions during 2025. These charges will not be required of families who would be eligible for the Kindergarten Fee Subsidy (KFS). 3/4-Year-Old cost per student is $105; 4/5-Year-Old cost per student is $220.
• Families with students only in the ELC may choose to make a donation of $115 to the Building Fund in 2025. This is used to maintain and improve the school’s facilities. The donation would be tax deductible. An amount of $115 will be added to the family account and will be removed on request.
Note: children accessing a second year of 3/4 or 4/5 kinder may not be eligible for free kinder. We can only claim kindergarten funding including Free Kinder payments for your child if this is the only Victorian Government funded kindergarten program they are enrolled in.
Full-Fee-Paying (Student VISA Dependent)

Membership fees and enrolment fees apply as per Non-Full-Fee-Paying Students Fees Schedule. Other Costs and levies (as per 2025 School Tuition Fees & Charges Schedule) will apply for each Full-Fee-Paying Student enrolled.
BUS COSTS 2025
There are several bus services to transport students to/from the school.
School operated buses
The following table contains the fare schedule for School operated buses. The school subsidises this service for the convenience of families. Bookings are necessary for travel on the School’s Charter and shuttle service. Details for bus costs for 2025 are:

Please note: While the above costs are broken down into per week per term/per annum amounts it is the school’s preference that families make a full year commitment to using the bus service. Bus costs are charged on an annual basis. GST does not apply to the above costs.
Public Transport Victoria Routes
The 843 morning route (Dandenong Station to Endeavour Hills (Gleneagles Sec. College) via Daniel Solander Dr, Gleaneagles Dr and Reema Boulevard) stops in front of the school. An afternoon service (Route 2219) departing from the school grounds at 3:30pm is exclusively for Maranatha students and operates between the Endeavour Hills site and Dandenong station, setting down at PTV stops along Heatherton, Power and Kidds Roads.
The 845 Route (Dandenong Station to Endeavour Hills (Gleneagles Sec. College) via Kennington Park Dr, Matthew Flinders Ave, John Fawkner Dr.) stops/departs in front of Gleneagles Secondary College. Maranatha is a short, 10-minute walk from Gleaneagles Secondary College.
Student concession myki ticket costs apply. The application form for student concession is available from PTV rail stations or can be downloaded from the internet (Public Transport Victoria website). The application requires two small photographs of the applicant and the form requires validation by the school before submission.
