Innovate. Connect. Thrive. Join us in crafting a visionary community of 3D-printed homes using ICON technology for Initiative 99. Designed with a focus on sociability, our single-family homes prioritize connections among residents. Our homes strike a balance between comfort, budget constraints, and visual connectivity. Through three distinct schemes, we integrate ample windows, creating semi-public spaces, with porches strategically placed to encourage community interactions. Optimizing 3D printing efficiency, we arrange houses for future landscaping, fostering in-between spaces. Our commitment to sustainable, affordable housing drives us to redefine homes as essentials, providing comfort and aesthetics within constraints. Experience a neighborhood where residents genuinely connect, engage, and find comfort.

Hi, I’m Wilka. I’m from San Mateo, California but I moved to Eugene, Oregon to pursue my passion for architecture. I am currently in my third year of the Bachelor of Architecture program at the University of Oregon. My love for architecture was kindled by an early appreciation for creativity, expressed through drawings and paintings. My father’s IT company, catering to architecture firms, provided me with a unique introduction to the world of architecture at a young age. Spending time at architecture firms gave me a firsthand look at the dynamic and innovative field. This furthered my desire to become an architect. Some of my architectural interests are affordable housing, sustainability, and residential design. I find residential architecture appealing, as it connects closely with people’s lives, shaping the spaces where they create memories and find comfort. I’m committed to leveraging my skills and knowledge to hopefully create more sustainable and affordable housing solutions in the future. As I continue my academic journey, I am eager to bring my creative spirit and dedication to the field.

Hello, I’m Nana Kwadwo Baidoo. I’m a Ghanian-American, full time undergradutate architecture student at the University of Oregon. I am currently in my third year at the university and my interests in architecture lie within sustainable and affordable residental architecture. I am actively taking strides to understand the problems surrounding architecture for low and single income households, in hopes of becoming knowledgable enough to change the disapointing architecture that currently dominates this landscape.
