By Lindokuhle Kubeka & Stephen Seakgwe
On Friday, (January 29) young community shapers, Lindokuhle Foundation from Ratanda Township embarked on yet another drive in honor of their Hands of Mercy campaign. Lindokuhle Foundation founder and chairperson, Lindokuhle Kubheka said the campaign is inspired by the local school children who persist in going to school regardless of their deprived conditions. “We were thoroughly humbled by our encounter with kids from extension 5, as we were handing over clothes and shoes to them,” he said. The ''Hand of Mercy'' shoe and clothes donation project is has made a difference in people’s lives around Ratanda. The members strongly believe that mercy needs action in order for it to be effective.
