Courtesy call from Ontlametse Phalatse
President Jacob Zuma received a courtesy call from Ms Ontlametse Phalatse, one of the two South African young women living with Progeria at his Mahlamba Ndlopfu Residence in Pretoria on March 23. The courtesy call was on her wish list. She wished to meet the President before her birthday on the 25th March 2017. Progeria is an extremely rare genetic disorder in which symptoms resembling aspects of aging are manifested at a very early age.
