Join us on an Impact trip to Abaco
Many Hands Impact invites you to participate in an Impact Trip to Marsh Harbour, Abaco, in the Northeast Bahamas. Teams will witness the devastation caused by Hurricane Dorian and engage in projects that address the specific needs of the Abaco community. These efforts focus on bridging gaps in essential education, combating food insecurity, and aiding reconstruction. Projects may directly address the aftermath of Dorian or tackle other community-based challenges on the island.
This is a chance to step away from the familiar and embrace the unknown, all while making a meaningful contribution to the world. Your efforts will assist with the healing and restoration of Abaco, leaving a lasting impact on yourself and the lives of those you encounter. An Impact Trip is designed to provide unique experiences that will inspire personal growth and transformation.

Accommodations
On the Many Hands Campus, teams will enjoy comfortable lodging right by the ocean, featuring amenities such as electricity, modern plumbing, and prepared meals. A dedicated hospitality team is also available on-site. Accommodations include separate dormitories for men and women, each equipped with appropriate showers and restroom facilities.
Serving & Projects
Teams could have the opportunity to serve in four areas:
Construction: Assist in rebuilding Abaco through debris removal, painting, landscaping, and light construction work.
Youth Development: Engage the youth of Abaco by supporting youth development and school based academic programs.
Compassion Ministries: Share love and support by participating in food distributions, prayer ministries, and storytelling.
Agriculture: Contribute to local farming efforts, including backyard farming, hydroponics, and replanting initiatives on the island.
Cost
The estimated total cost for an Impact Trip is between $1,700 and $2,500 per person, covering both Ground Costs and Airfare. Ground Costs range from $850 to $1,100 and include lodging, meals, ground transportation, and culture day activities. Airfare typically falls between $850 and $1,400, depending on demand, season, and departure location.
