PERSONAL PROFILE

I am a Professional Architect (SACAP), passionate designer and part time Lecturer looking for position in a design focused Architectural/design agency where I can further develop and re ne my skills, experience, and knowledge.

Since graduating from the University of Johannesburg (UJ) with a Master’s degree in Architecture (MTech Prof, 2012) I have worked on several architectural projects of varying scales and complexities. Ranging from upmarket residential dwellings to commercial and retail architecture & interior design.

I also worked at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa as a part time lecturer and student tutor. Lecturing undergraduate students (1st, 2nd & 3rd year) in the subjects of Architectural Design as well as Construction technology & detailing.

In recent years I have been specializing in Brand Space Architecture. By Integrating design research, strategic input, brand identity as well as creativity and industry know how, I have successfully designed and executed several projects for local and International companies. Creating experiences/environments that maximize their brands'expression, visibility, and customer experience.

Having worked extensively across Africa namely, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, and Nigeria. My goals are now rmly set on expanding my horizons and experience beyond the African continent.

Brief NCBA Bank is one of the largest commercial banks in Kenya. The brief was to design a new and exciting brand itergrated interioir using brand stategy and brand identity developed by Super Union for the merger between CBA and NIC to form NCBA BANK.

Agency 0ne-two-six was approched to design a fun/vibrant yet efficient working environment for Ascent Capital’s new head office in Nairobi, Kenya. The aim was to create an office pace that would not only stimulate its staff members and enhance productivity and keep employees happy and motivated.
