About Ferrino Uno dei primissimi brand di Outdoor in Italia, Ferrino viene fondata 146 anni fa a Torino, nel nord Italia. Siamo orgogliosi di quanto abbiamo realizzato sino ad oggi, oramai giunti alla quinta generazione nella gestione e nella proprietà dell’azienda, eredi di un grande patrimonio e proiettati al futuro con una mentalità dinamica e aperta al mondo.

Un esempio fra molti, negli anni 80, abbiamo prodotto tende speciali per le spedizioni di Reinhold Messner.

Da oltre 50 anni forniamo tende e accessori a organizzazioni governative e umanitarie che lavorano in tutto il pianeta, tra cui le Nazioni Unite, la Croce Rossa Internazionale e Organizzazioni di aiuto e soccorso internazionale per profughi e rifugiati.

About Ferrino

As one of the oldest Italian Outdoor brands, Ferrino was founded 146 years ago in Torino, in the northern part of Italy.

We are proud, that we are run and owned in the 5th generation with a strong heritage, in very open minded and globally influenced way. The core of Ferrino is a very strong R&D department, with people who are full of outdoor passion.

They develop and design the main parts of the product range. Some high end items are still made in Italy in the company in Torino.

We are very strict and precise with the quality controls in Italy and in every single production area all over the world.

We keep faithfully the demand for Italian technologies & Italian standards and guarantee high quality – since 1998 we have obtained the UNI ISO 9001 certification.

The export rate is over 50% Since many decades, we have great experiences and the capacities to develop and produce tailor made individual products for unique needs as expeditions or special excitements. In the 80th we produced special tents for the expeditions of Reinhold Messner.

The coordinating institutions for the research are the Eurac Research of Bolzano and the Mountain Medicine Unit of the Valle d’Aosta Health Authority, with the aid of the Department of Biomedical Sciences of Padua University and the Institute of Molecular Bioimaging and Physiology of the NRC, Milan, supported by the Italian National Alpine Cliff and Cave Rescue Corps for technical and safety aspects.

The surprising preliminary results of this research, which is UNIQUE AT WORLD LEVEL, have been revealed to the international scientific community dealing with mountain medicine during the course of several recent medical conferences, including the 7th World Congress of Mountain & Wilderness Medicine in Telluride, Colorado (USA).

Il PRIMALOFT SILVER DOWN BLEND è un'imbottitura mista e rappresenta un passo in avanti nella tecnologia dell'isolamento termico.

Si tratta di un mix di piuma idrorepellente e fibre supersottili PrimaLoft in grado di offrire un comfort termico elevato equivalente ad un'imbottitura 100% in piuma 650 fill down.

In aggiunta questa imbottitura mantiene il 94% del calore corporeo anche in condizioni di tempo umido. The retailer will then forward the item to the distributor or directly to Ferrino. Ferrino will, at its discretion, replace or repair the item. If the fault is not covered by the warranty, repairs will be carried out at low cost, inclusive of shipping or postage.

This warranty does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights, as specified by the laws in force in the country of use.

For some time now, Ferrino has required its suppliers to underwrite a commitment to operate according to principles of mutual trust and absolute respect for human rights and protection of the working environment.

The company has recently re-launched a special programme to prevent the use of any labour under the age of 15, in compliance with the International Labour Organisation Convention no. 138.

Chaque article Ferrino est conçu dans les moindres détails et réalisé avec les matériels les plus appropriés à son utilisation finale. Les sévères contrôles “Qualità Ferrino” garantissent un produit sans défaut des matériels et de fabrication. Au cas où ce type de défauts devrait apparaître, on pourra faire valoir la garantie qui a une durée de 2 ans à compter de la date d’achat du produit. Pour les produits High Lab la garantie a une durée de 3 ans.

Nous vous rappelons en outre que : La garantie ne couvre par les vices causés par une utilisation impropre ou dus à l’usure normale des composants après un usage prolongé. L’acheteur doit restituer l’article défectueux au point de vente où il a effectué l’achat, avec le ticket de caisse (condition de validité de la garantie).

Le commerçant s’occupera de le remettre au distributeur ou directement aux établissements Ferrino. Ferrino s’occupera, à sa discrétion, de le remplacer ou de le réparer. Si le défaut n’est pas couvert par la garantie, la réparation sera effectuée à des coûts contenus incluant ceux de l’expédition.

Cette garantie ne porte pas atteinte aux droits du consommateur tels qu'ils sont définis par les lois en vigueur dans les différents pays.

LA GARANTÍA FERRINO Cada artículo Ferrino ha sido diseñado meticulosamente y fabricado con los materiales más adecuados para el uso al cual está destinado. Los estrictos controles de "Calidad Ferrino" previenen cualquier posible defecto en los materiales o la construcción. No obstante, si detecta alguna anomalía puede hacer uso de la garantía, válida durante 2 años a partir de la fecha de compra del producto. Para los productos High Lab la garantía es válida 3 años.

Le recordamos que: La garantía no cubre ni los defectos causados por un uso inadecuado ni los debidos al desgaste normal de las piezas después de un uso prolongado. El comprador debe entregar el artículo defectuoso en el punto de venta donde realizó la compra, junto con el ticket de compra (condición imprescindible para la validez de la garantía).

El comerciante se ocupará de remitirlo al distribuidor o directamente a la empresa Ferrino. Quedará a la entera discreción de Ferrino la reparación o sustitución del producto. Si el defecto no está cubierto por la garantía, la reparación irá a cargo del cliente, incluyendo los gastos de envío pertinentes.

Esta garantía no limita los derechos que tiene el consumidor de acuerdo con las leyes vigentes en cada país.

Ogni articolo ferrino è studiato nei minimi particolari e realizzato con i materiali più idonei all’utilizzo a cui sarà sottoposto. I severi controlli “Qualità Ferrino” garantiscono un prodotto privo di difetti di materiali e di confezione. Qualora si evidenziassero questi tipi di difetti, ci si può avvalere della garanzia che ha durata di 2 anni dalla data di acquisto del prodotto. Per i prodotti High Lab la garanzia ha validità 3 anni.

Si ricorda inoltre che: La garanzia non copre difetti causati da utilizzo improprio o dovuti alla normale usura dei componenti in seguito a uso prolungato. L’acquirente deve riconsegnare l’articolo difettoso al punto vendita in cui ha effettuato l’acquisto unitamente allo scontrino fiscale (condizione di validità della garanzia).
