One of the most famous looks from the 60s, doll-like lashes, have made their return. Coat both top and bottom lashes with heavy layers of mascara, leaving a minute in between each coat to allow to dry. For a more dramatic look, use a liquid liner to draw thin dashes along your lower lashline.
