Led by founding principal, Shannon Mann, we are a full-service interior design firm specializing in residential projects. Our work reflects our interest in creating harmony and sophistication in any space. We look at the home as a sanctuary, where one savors their time and allows for memorable gatherings and moments to unfold.

DISCOVERY & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
DISCOVERY & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Starting with Discovery & Design Concept Development we will work closely with you to determine the goals for your home. The purpose of this phase is to develop the concept for the interior details and furnishings, through imagery and text. Through client meetings and inspiration images we are able to set the mood and tone for your space. Once approved, this concept will be applied throughout the project.
DISCOVERY & CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
In this stage we will use images that define the desired look and feel of the home. At this time we can also discuss any client-owned pieces that we may be incorporating into the project. We will also develop palettes of fabrics and finishes that define the look and feel we are going to achieve.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Based upon approved Schematic Design ideas we will develop major elements and details throughout your home. In this stage we will space plan to determine the best flow and function of your space. We will pull selections from hard finishes to furniture and fabrics, as well as prepare Vision Boards for your approval. It is in this phase where you will make a lot of the decisions on your home.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT - SPACE PLAN, VISION BOARDS, & PRESENTATIONS
In this stage we become familiar with your home’s floor plan. With a focus on identifying potential constraints and opportunities, we develop the best layout for the desired functions and needs of your home. Once approved we begin to source furniture and fixtures that best fit the space. With a balance of scale and proportion, we combined architectural elements and lighting details, to allow for an organic flow throughout.
By putting together Design Boards for our in-person presentations you will get the opportunity to see samples of the chosen selections. This gives you a chance to feel the textures and see the exact colors that are being incorporated into your space.
From concept, to drawings and renderings we walk through the space with you to refine every detail. We will work with all additional vendors involved on the project to ensure that all details are being incorporated and executed accordingly.
SPECIFICATION, DESIGN APPROVAL, & PROCUREMENT
SPECIFICATION, DESIGN APPROVAL, & PROCUREMENT
During purchasing all items are submitted to client for final approval and payment. Our clients are able to view, approve & pay for each individual item through our online software. Orders are placed and tracked through delivery to installation.
During this phase our team will continue to make site visits to ensure all details and progress are on track.
As items are received all items ordered will be inspected upon arrival. Our team will review all items to ensure they arrive as they were specified. Our procurement team will organize and manage the delivery, installation, and setup of all products purchased.
INSTALLATION
Mann Designs will provide final styling & accessorizing including unboxing, set up, bed making, etc. at installation. We feel this integrated, in-house approach allows for a more cohesive end-product.
Mann Designs will provide on-site supervision of all installations including furniture, lighting, drapery, wallpaper, etc.
