Thefollowinginformationisrelativetothe2022GeneralElectionofOfficers(ExecutiveBoard Members),Lodge#5Delegates,PensionDirectors,PensionDirectorRegulation#17andPension Director Regulation #32. Please read each section in its entirety!!
This Election will be conducted via mail in ballots, per the By-Law change dated: September 21, 2021
If you are UNSURE IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE TO VOTE, please contact Andrea at Lodge #5 Headquarters during normal business hours - 215-629-3612.
VOTING REQUIREMENTS:
An Active Member in good-standing with Lodge #5 is eligible to vote unless back dues are owed to the Lodge.All back dues owed MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY THURSDAY, JUNE 30, 2022 in order to vote in the Election.
If you are more than 90 days delinquent in dues payments to the F.O.P. because of a LEAVEOF-ABSENCE, YOU ARE NOT CONSIDERED A MEMBER IN GOOD-STANDING WITH LODGE #5ANDARE INELIGIBLETO VOTE INTHE F.O.P. GENERALELECTION.
YOUARE NOTAMEMBER IN GOOD-STANDING if you were off City Payroll, paid NO dues to the F.O.P., returned to employment, and began to have dues automatically deducted. You stillhaveanoutstandingbalancetotheLodgewhichmustbepaid.Therefore,youwillbeineligible to vote.
