CK+M+S (Community Kitchen + Marketplace + Spaces)
The site is located at the Port of Beirut .The design intention of this project is to help in solve the issues of foods and provide a platform for the Beirut community to involve in the economy activities at the same time provides the space for the event and as a gathering point of the site .To solve the issue of hunger in the short terms , community kitchen provide the free foods for who are need helps . In the long term , the other supporting programs like urban farming , food processing area and learning workshop giving the community a chance to learn and involve in the activities so that in the future they can produce their own foods .The marketplaces could be a platform for the Beirut community to involve themselves in the economy activities so that they can have some income to support their living . The spaces provide on the site is roof garden , event spaces , courtyard and green space to rewind and as gathering point to cure feeling of insecurity.
