QHow would you describe yourself?
I’d describe myself as bold, evolving, and unapologetically expressive. I’m someone who leads with emotion but moves with intention. My artistry is a mix of vulnerability and power I’m not afraid to show both sides.
How do you stay relevant?
Staying relevant isn’t about chasing trends it’s about understanding energy. I stay connected to my audience, I listen, I grow, and I’m not afraid to reinvent myself. Authenticity always outlives hype.
How do you use fashion as a form of empowerment and self-expression?
Fashion is my visual voice. Some days it’s armor, some days it’s poetry. I use it to tell stories I don’t always say out loud. Whether it’s edgy, glamorous, or stripped down, every look is intentional it’s about owning space without asking permission.
How did your collaboration with Jason Derulo come about and what is it like working with him?
That collaboration came from mutual respect. We crossed paths creatively and the energy just clicked. Working withhim is electric he’s disciplined, creative, and really understands performance on a global level. It pushed me to elevate my own game.

Together, they’ve helped me build an identity that goes beyond just songs, it’s a full experience.
It’s a powerful move being featured in Glamour magazine / Playboy. Did it change anything for you?
It was definitely a statement. Those features weren’t just about aesthetics they were about ownership. It shifted how people viewed me, but more importantly, it solidified how I see myself: in control of my image, my narrative, and my body of work.
Many young women look up to you now. What advice would you give them about owning their voice and presence in a competitive world?
Don’t shrink to fit into rooms you’re meant to transform Your voice doesn’t need permission it needs courage. Be consistent, be fearless, and don’t let rejection redefine your worth.
How do you stay grounded? I stay close to people who knew me before any spotlight touched me. I take time to disconnect, reflect, and just be human Fame is loud peace has to be intentional.
How do you hope your work will impact the perception of women in music, fashion, and beyond?
I want women to feel limitless I want to break the idea that you have to fit one mold soft or strong, sexy or serious You can be all of it I hope my work makes space for that freedom.
What other projects do you have in the pipeline?
There’s a lot coming new music that’s more personal than anything I’ve done, some fashion collaborations that really push boundaries, and a few visual projects that blend storytelling with style. I’m building a world, not just releasing content

After sharing my journey with my SMAS facelift, I’ve had so many people reach out to me. Messages from friends, acquaintances, and even total strangers from all over the world. The kindness, the curiosity, the honesty… it’s been incredible. Truly, thank you. I didn’t expect this level of response at all. What I also didn’t expect was my posts reaching almost 300,000 views in a single week. That stopped me in my tracks. There is clearly a huge appetite for real, open conversations about ageing, appearance, and plastic surgery. And for something so many people are thinking about, it’s still wrapped in stigma and dare I say it? Shame.
Let me rewind a little. The procedure was first suggested to me at Christmas by my amazing plastic surgeon, Dr Giannoulis who has been looking after my face for the past three years with treatments like PRP and mesotherapy. Before that moment, a facelift hadn’t really crossed my mind. But I’ve always been quite spontaneous and I trust him so my reaction was simple: Why not?
I’m 54 which is the prime age for a facelift so instead of seeing it as something drastic, I saw it as just another step in how I choose to present myself to the world.
And that s where things have got interesting because alongside all the support and lovely messages (which I’m so grateful for), I’ve also had people thanking me specifically, for being honest.
Honest about having surgery.
Honest about the swelling, the recovery, the reality.
Honest about choosing to do something for myself without shame. And it made me ask a bigger question: Why is there still such a stigma around plastic surgery?
We live in a world where filters are normal, botox is as common as taking an aspirin and editing your photos is completely accepted. But surgery? That’s where people suddenly get uncomfortable and judgemental and why?
If anything, surgery is often more honest. You’re not hiding behind an app or a temporary fix. You’re making a conscious decision about your own face and your own ageing process. What I’m starting to realise is that the stigma isn’t really about the surgery itself. It’s about permission.
Permission, especially for women over 50, to: Still care how we look. Still invest in ourselves. Still feel attractive, visible, and confident.
For me this wasn’t about chasing youth. I love my age but I'd quite like to look this way in the mirror for a bit longer.
Yes of course there were 3 days of pain, but our bodies are incredible and our brains erase it. Now I am super excited for the healing and the glow up. What I would say with absolute certainty is pick a surgeon you absolutely trust inside and out. Don't just google one with good reviews or hop on a plane to Turkey because it's cheaper. I have three years of history with Dr G, I know his work, I know how meticulous he is and how educated he is in his field and that gives me confidence to put myself in his hands. I’m certainly not apologising for wanting to look as good as I feel. I feel like an absolute badass and if anything, I’m just getting started. Just waiting for the bikini days now.

My name is Melano Patasouri, though most people know me as Lana I am 31 years old, half Georgian and half Greek, a proud wife and mother, entrepreneur, model, actress, and creative professional who deeply believes in the power of women to shape their own lives
For a long time, my life was simple, predictable, and frankly, a bit boring My days revolved around taking care of my children, running errands, working as a sales and logistics manager, and managing the usual routines of family life It was comfortable, but it didn’t ignite my soul I knew I had dreams, creativity, and passions, but I had never fully embraced them
And then everything changed Just one year ago, I made a bold decision: I realized that I am fully responsible for my life, that I have the power to change it, and that it is never too late to start living intentionally From that moment, I committed myself to pursuing my passions, no matter how impossible it seemed
In just one year, I completely transformed my life I went from being a housewife and office worker to stepping into the spotlight as a model, actress, blogger, influencer, and entrepreneur I starred in the film Mr Ex (2023), played the main role in the theatre production “Oope tin Katsame”, appeared in popular television series such as I Gi tis Elias, Trikymia, and Ex Wife, and participated in professional photoshoots and major fashion campaigns for brands including McDonald’s, Bank of Cyprus, Green Cola, Cyta, Novi Bet, and Copy Bet
I also launched my own marketing and creative agency, La Premiere by Lana, which focuses on marketing strategy, branding, PR, social media management, and creative direction all within this single year I began organizing photoshoots, fashion shows, and creative events, bringing together talents, brands, and inspiration. I even participated in the short film Silent Tides, which is now nominated for the Cyprus Film Festival, and I am officially a content creator for International Ms Greece and Cyprus
Seven years ago, I moved here to grow professionally and personally Cyprus gave me opportunities to explore both business and creativity, and it has been the perfect environment to discover and follow my passions.
I speak Greek, Russian, Georgian, and English fluently. This has allowed me to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, work on international projects, and approach every modeling, acting, and business opportunity with versatility and openness
How would I describe myself? I am ambitious, creative, and determined. I am also nurturing and grounded, with family at the center of my life I believe in balance: you can be strong and gentle, ambitious and loving, creative and professional all at the same time
One day I just decided I wanted to be a model I started sending my portfolio and applications everywhere I could. From that simple decision, everything unfolded: photoshoots, fashion shows, campaigns, and collaborations I have appeared in television series such as I Gi tis Elias, Trikymia, and Ex Wife, starred in the film Mr Ex (2023), and played the main role in the theatre production “Oope tin Katsame”. Acting has allowed me to tell stories, explore characters, and express myself creatively.
I am also considered an influencer Being an influencer is about responsibility, inspiration, and connection It’s about sharing creativity, empowering people especially women to believe in themselves, and motivating others to pursue their passions
La Premiere by Lana is my marketing and creative agency, founded just one year ago We focus on marketing strategy, branding, PR, social media management, and creative direction Through the agency, I organize photoshoots, fashion shows, and creative events that bring together talents, brands, and inspiration It’s been incredible to see this grow in such a short time
Creativity is my passion, wether it is in fashion, acting, storytelling, branding, and event planning. I love turning ideas into tangible projects that inspire others
Do I have goals for this year? Absolutely! I aim to expand my agency, participate in more film and theatre projects, and continue inspiring women as a model, actress, and content creator. Every project is a new challenge and opportunity to grow
What’s the best piece of advice I could pass on? You are never too late to take control of your life One bold decision can change your path In one year I have gone from housewife and office worker to model, actress, influencer, and entrepreneur
If you believe in yourself and take action, anything is possible
Family remains my foundation I have been married for ten years and am the proud mother of a wonderful child My family supports me and often joins me in creative projects, turning work into meaningful memories
This journey proves that transformation is possible at any stage of life I went from routine to reinvention, from ordinary to extraordinary all in just one year
Through my work as a model, actress, entrepreneur, and content creator, my mission is to inspire women to take control of their lives You don’thave to choose between being a mother, building a career, expressing creativity, or following your dreams Strength and gentleness, ambition and love, creativity and professionalism they can coexist.
