All-Inclusive Air-Conditioned Suites A suite way to enjoy a game.

If you haven’t tasted the suite life, you must try one of our Entertainment Suites at Dr Pepper Ballpark. Spacious, comfortable, and luxurious, they’re the perfect place to “wow” clients, reward employees, or just have a great time with family and friends, all while enjoying a RoughRiders game.

Each air-conditioned, fully furnished suite features a great view of the field, leather furniture, a mini-refrigerator, TV, and high-top tables with bar stools. Plus, you’ll receive four VIP parking passes in addition to one of our incredible food and beverage packages.

Your guests can comfortably enjoy an Entertainment Suite at a ‘Riders game for only $1,450.

This includes all-inclusive food, beer, wine, and Dr Pepper products for two hours. Each guest will also receive a limited edition ‘Riders souvenir item. If necessary, we can also double the size of your suite to accommodate 32-40 guests.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1. When should I book my group outing?

In general, you should book your group outing as soon as possible. Our group outings are very popular, so inventory sells out quickly.

4. Where does my group park? Parking is $10 upon your arrival. Or, you can pre-purchase parking passes for your group for $5 per car through your group representative. Suite rental includes parking passes.

2. What if I need help in making my decision? Call your group representative.

We realize that booking group outings is new to some. That’s why we’re here to help. We’ll make sure we create the outing that fits your specific needs.

8. What does Preferred Buyer mean? When you become a group leader, you have the opportunity to purchase group products for the next season in advance of the general public and attend special events.

5. Can my group tailgate? Yes, you can tailgate. You will need to pre-purchase parking spaces through a group representative. Parking lots open two hours prior to game time.

3. How do I pay for a group outing?

Booking a group outing with us is extremely easy. In fact, you can do it over the phone. Give us the information, and we’ll set up your event. We do require a 10% deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to your group outing.

9. What time do gates open? Or when should my guests arrive? Gates open one hour prior to the scheduled start time.

6. What type of catering do you offer? No outside food or beverages may be brought into Dr Pepper Ballpark. However, all hospitality areas include catering. We also have All-You-Can-Eat group tickets starting at $17.

10. What if some of the tickets are not used? Unused tickets can be exchanged for a comparable ticket to another game based on availability. Tickets purchased SundayThursday will only be able to be exchanged for a Sunday-Thursday game.
